Welcome to Royalz Barbers ("we," "our," or "us").

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Royalz Barbers provides barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, razor shaves, and related grooming services at our Oregon City and Molalla locations.

All services are subject to availability and to the professional judgment of your barber. Some services are offered at only one of our two locations; availability is noted on our services page and in our online booking system.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

Please note:

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, so that we stay on time for other guests.
Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to book in advance.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including barber illness or emergency closures.

Cancellation terms shown at the time of booking apply to your appointment.

3. Payments & Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed in the shop and through our online booking system.

Online bookings and payments are processed by Fresha, our third-party booking platform, subject to their terms.

Prices listed on our website and booking system are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may vary based on service length, hair length, or added services. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through our booking system are redeemable for services at Royalz Barbers.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

5. Allergies, Sensitivities & Your Responsibility

Our services involve clippers, razors, hot towels, and grooming products that may contain fragrances or other common ingredients.

It is your responsibility to inform your barber before your service of any allergies, skin sensitivities, recent skin treatments, or conditions affecting the scalp, face, or neck. We are not responsible for reactions arising from information that was not disclosed to us.

If you have a known sensitivity, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you or recommend an alternative.

6. Results

Individual results vary. Hair type, texture, density, growth patterns, and the condition of your hair all affect the final result.

Photographs shown on our website or social media are illustrative and do not guarantee a similar outcome.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please tell us before you leave or contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

7. Minors

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for booking the appointment, providing consent for the service, and payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Royalz Barbers unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with website functionality
Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royalz Barbers shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data
Service interruptions
Dissatisfaction with service results

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.
